Is God a hypocrite?? read my statement?

He wants his children to be merciful and love everyone no matter what happens, but according to the bible he will send anyone who sinned straight to hell to burn for eternity, he sends children to hell too; according to the bible it's because he will feel Jealous. How is that not hypocritical.
