How do i say sorry to my friend?

I flipped out on my friend because she did something that hurt my feelings.... but she didnt mean to... she was just really upset, so thats y she accidently hurt me. what do i say to her? I messed up.... i had no idea she was upset... and i know she didnt mean to hurt me. thanks.
