Is this hypocritical?

i wouldn't think so. I mean yes there is a high chance of your parents kicking you out but you need them for finacial reasons... but you have a reason why you can't come out, and you don't care what your parents would think of you, you just care for your survival, others who don't come out care what others would think of them.
