How can I make this relationship work?

I am moody and have a few mental problems I have a car and I am looking for a job etc. but I really like this guy i been dating him since june 5th and knew him since highschool hes 20 im 22 we're both libras we get along so well but i flip flop like ooh u dont want me im not good enough for me then i get along with him and he cares about me and all that jazz HOW CAN I MAKE THIS WORK AND NOT SCREW THIS UP!? PLEASE ANY ADVICE I WILL DO ANYTHING!! THANKS.
