Would this make me look sexy ?

So I really like this dude he's like a karate person and theirs gonna be a karate tournament and I'm the water girl and I really want to impress him so if I wear some white daisy dukes shorts with a neon pink strapless shirt with some flip flops do u think I would look sexy ? My body type is curvy and skinny also leave me suggestions :) what should I wear ?!
