Why is the world full of crazies and why is everything on tv bad?

I always flip threw the channels and all i hear is "the economy is bad" or "so and so just died" or "searching for killer/robber" Like why do people need to do that? Why is the world full of hatred? Why cant people live there life in peace, why do innocent people die? it makes no sense why cant it all end?!?
