My Flip Camera wont turn on?

Okay, I have a Flip Ultra that i have had for about a year now.It was in perfect condition, but know it wont turn on.It will only turn on if i plug it in into my computer.When i put the batteries in, the one on the left feels like its loose because it moves around.What do i do?
