If you hate Twilight just because others love it so much, doesn't that make you worse?

It's not just because Twilight is popular. Otherwise people would hate all popular movies and books. Twilight is different. People hate it because it sucks and it's about a teenage relationship with sparkly vampires who decided to be good. I won't even go into detail on how much Stephenie Meyer tainted the view people have on what a vampire actually is (and yes I know they are fictional beings, but Stephenie Meyer pushes it too far.)
