If God gave us free will?

We use our free will to ask God for help in our lives. We follow Christ's example and give our free will to God willingly. Slaves are people whose agency has been taken regardless of their own will. We are free and we willingly give our agency to Him, to obey His commandments. He's much wiser than we are so He knows what we need to do in order to obtain true happiness.
