Can I choose where I'd like to live at 15 years old in the state of Alabama?

I currently live with my aunt and uncle, and my father lives in a small trailer not far away. He can no longer work due to health issues, so for the most part I rely on my aunt and uncle for anything that I can't provide for myself. To be honest, I hate these people. They're lying, hypocritical, idiots who seem hell bent on making my life miserable. I'm not going into the details because I'm sure most of you will knock me off my soap box and write off my complaint of them making my life hell as a typical teenager dealing with typical teenager problems venting about them on the internet such as a typical teenager would do. So here's the things. One of my best friends.. Oh whom I kidding? My best friend, practically a brother's mother offered to take me in many times provided that I get a job. The job thing is no problem, I already work and finding another one would be no problem. I just wanna know if I can go before a judge and tell them I'd rather have this woman have custody over me than my father. They live in Mississippi and I currently live in Alabama. Please help me. I'm so tired of being controlled and not being able to make my own choices. I'm surprised that I can still pick out my own socks in the morning.
